Caffe Artigiano's organic and conventional coffee beans are sourced from fair trade farms all over the world by our Director of Coffee, Michael Ratcliffe, and roasted on site at our facility near Vancouver to create our unique flavour profiles. The knowledge and expertise that characterizes each level of coffee preparation – from the farmer, to the roaster, to the barista – reflects our desire for distinction. We source coffee for quality and character from reputable farms scattered throughout the world, each of which has something unique to offer. The coffee is then elegantly roasted with impeccable attention and care to accentuate its various components: smoothness, acidity, complexity, sweetness. Our greatest undertaking is to serve our coffees seasonally to boast their freshness, and to prepare them at each of our locations with the precise and artful technique we have become known for.
