Please read these policies carefully. These policies apply to your purchase from the Caffè Artigiano website located at www.caffeartigiano.com. These policies are subject to change without prior written notice at any time. All sales are expressly conditioned upon your agreement to these policies.
We can currently only ship our coffee to addresses in Canada and the US.
All transactions are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Pricing and Availability
All prices for products (and the associated costs of shipping and tax) are shown in CAD dollars. All items are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and to discontinue products without notice, even if you have already placed your order. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Caffè Artigiano currently accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated credit card and authorize us to charge your order (including taxes, shipping and handling) to that card. If the card cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.
Shipping & Tracking
To ensure freshness we roast and ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. All orders will be shipped on these days via the carrier of your choice. Your shipments can be located with your tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. If a tracking number is unavailable, give us a call at enter number here (8am - 4pm PST, Monday to Friday) and we will help you find the status of your order.
Coffee is roasted and shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays weekly. Delivery times are usually between 1 and 5 days, but vary depending on the carrier and shipping destination; within the Vancouver area deliveries usually take one business day.

Replacement & Returns
Our coffee is delivered in valve bags, which are very sturdy and resistant to damage; however, if the bag arrives broken, please send it back freight collect (i.e., we pay for your return shipment) and we will send you a replacement at no charge.
