This offering comes from the Kintamani Highlands in Bali, Indonesia. Grown on small family-owned farms organized around an ancient irrigation system built by Hindu priests called Subak Aiban. The Subak Aiban system promotes not just sustainable agriculture, but also encourages the organization and cooperation of the farmers in the surrounding community. The resulting espresso is unique, and rustic combining both sweet and savoury flavours.
